Okay, I have cooked only twice with the new smoker/grill. The first was the best tasting ribs I have ever cooked although I should have let them cook another half hour or so. Today was a roast, rubbed with peppers, garlic, onion, and chili powder and sprinkled with soy sauce. Cooked 4.5 hours with mesquite, and really, really good.

I think I'm gonna like this pellet smoker/grill.

I think it's time for me to start making my own sausage an curing my own meats. This will actually be one of the few culinary things I have not done before. Should be fun.

Any suggestions on a good meat grinder?
