I've been enjoying the new Anthrax album, "For All Kings". Solid tunes and their best overall musicianship IMO:

After a few listens, I have to agree. Really good album. Jon Donais really brought something to the table when he joined them.

Was listening to Morphine... Another band everyone seems to love that I can't get into. Welp, back to Pandora. Talking Heads is on!

this chick looks like Arya Stark. And apparently she's Rob Schneider's daughter.

This song is super catchy and she has a hell of a voice. Her music has that blown out sound which I've always really dug.

She has the voice of a great 35 year old touring blues singer that smokes....I'd never have guessed she was so young!

I've been listening to soundtracks this week.

Bladerunner
Repo Man
Rocky Horror
Tron Legacy
Shaft

Wish I could find my Thief cd.

And if I had a working turntable:

Just picked up tickets to see my favourite local band ever do a reunion show so I'm listening to their first disc from 1994. Weird to be buying tickets though, I feel like I should be doing sound and rendering the audience to a pile of goo in the process.
